Summary of the Case: On October 28th at 6.46am CET, the Alarm Phone shift team was alerted to a boat of 11 people making its way towards Rhodes Island. The shift team had difficulty establishing contact though several attempts were made. At 7.40am they were finally able to make contact and confirm the boat’s position. The travelers had already landed on Rhodes island. At 9.52am, the travelers asked the shift team to call the local police. The Alarm Phone was able to send the position of the police station to the travelers who said they would go.

Border police patrols
